Department: Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
Designation: Safety Trainer
Experience: 4–6 Years
Qualification: ADIS / PDIS / Diploma in Industrial Safety
Certifications: NEBOSH / Train the Trainer (TTT) certification preferred or mandatory as per project requirement.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and site personnel.
- Conduct safety induction training for all newly joined employees and contract workers.
- Organize and conduct Toolbox Talks (TBT) on various workplace safety topics.
- Conduct training on Work at Height, Confined Space Entry, Lifting & Rigging, Electrical Safety, Fire Safety, and PPE usage.
- Prepare annual and monthly HSE training calendars.
- Identify training needs through site observations, audits, and risk assessments.
- Develop training materials, presentations, safety videos, and awareness modules.




- Conduct practical demonstrations and mock drills to improve emergency preparedness.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, quizzes, and practical evaluations.
- Maintain training records, attendance sheets, assessment reports, and competency records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable HSE standards, statutory regulations, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with site HSE teams and project management for effective training implementation.
- Conduct refresher training and specialized sessions based on site-specific hazards.
- Promote a positive safety culture through campaigns, workshops, and awareness activities.
- Prepare and submit periodic training MIS reports to management and clients.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
