Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers using CRM data.
- Introduce and explain company products and services, including software solutions, CRM, ERP, and other IT services.
- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Update customer details, call status, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Follow up with interested prospects and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
- Maintain daily call records and achieve assigned calls.
- Handle customer queries professionally and coordinate with the team.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach during calls.

Required Skills

- Valuable communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Good listening, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to make regular outbound calls and achieve targets.




- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn can apply.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: 0–1 year in cold calling, telecalling, or customer support.
- Education: Any degree or relevant qualification.
- Location: Salem candidates preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
