Salary: ₹30,000–₹60,000/month + Incentives

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

- Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from the hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Identify candidates with strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.

Requirements:
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Sales experience is a plus.
- Freshers are welcome!
- Tamil Language Mandatory
6 working days per week.
