Job Responsibilities

- Identify potential customers and generate new business through customer acquisition and business development.
- Promote and market financial products, including Gold Loans.
- Assist customers with loan applications, documentation and processing.
- Handle customer enquiries and build strong customer relationships.
- Support EMI collection follow-ups and recovery-related activities.
- Assist in day-to-day branch operations and maintain accurate records.
- Achieve assigned business targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Any Graduate.
- Experience: Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience.
- Candidates with prior experience in Banking, NBFC,



Gold Loan or Financial Services will have an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to undertake field activities and customer visits.
