- Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, consultants, placement institutions and social-media channels.
- Develop a database of suitable candidates for recurring and critical positions.
- Identify alternative sourcing channels when the regular sources do not produce suitable candidates.
- Coordinate with colleges and placement officers for fresher and campus recruitment.
- Conduct initial telephone or online screening interviews.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and the interview panel.
- Collect the required documents from the selected candidate.
- Prepare or coordinate the release of the offer letter.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
