Role Overview:

The Business Analyst will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements. The role involves close interaction with stakeholders and project teams to ensure clear translation of business needs into system requirements, while supporting delivery across SDLC and Agile-based projects

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Application, Information Technology or allied discipline, or MCA, or M.Sc. Computer Science.

Certification:

- CBAP, CCBA or equivalent.

General Experience

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in business analysis roles.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and coordination.
- Robust experience in functional and business documentation, including requirement specifications.

Core Technical Skills:

- Strong exposure to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience working in Agile methodologies.
- Experience in process modeling, workflow analysis, and requirement mapping.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business processes and objectives.
- Prepare requirement documents, use cases, user stories, and process flows.
- Support development and testing teams with requirement clarifications.




- Participate in Agile ceremonies and SDLC activities as required.
- Assist in scope management, change analysis, and impact assessment.
- Support user acceptance testing and validation activities.

Additional Experience & Skills:

- Experience working on large-scale or enterprise IT projects.
- Exposure to government or public sector IT initiatives.
- Familiarity with requirement management and documentation tools.
- Experience in data-driven or analytics-focused projects.
- Exposure to process improvement or optimization initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
