Job Description

Systole Remedies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and motivated CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, handle client inquiries, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries, calls, and follow-ups.
- Maintain customer databases and records.
- Coordinate with clients regarding orders and delivery updates.
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and other departments.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain CRM documentation.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.




- Customer handling and relationship management.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Robust coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Prior pharmaceutical industry experience required.

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and knowledge.
