Capablanca – Chess and Cognitive Development Centre is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Executive to manage customer relationships, provide support, and ensure a positive experience for parents and students.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Explain chess programs, courses, and cognitive development activities to parents and students.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into enrolments.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on feedback.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Build strong relationships with parents and students.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service, sales, or counselling experience is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to handle enquiries, follow-ups, and customer relationships effectively.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
