- Travel extensively across North India to expand and manage the dealer and distributor network
- Drive primary and secondary sales to successfully achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Onboard current commercial clients and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers
- Handle routine market follow-ups, order coordination, and client communication
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of proven experience in field sales
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proactive, target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently on-ground
