At Heritage Institute of Medical Sciences (HIMS), Varanasi, a 1,200+ bed, NABH-accredited super-specialty hospital, every patient and every family should feel cared for from the moment they walk in. We need a senior housekeeping leader to make that happen.

What you will look after

- All private and deluxe rooms

- Key patient areas: main lobby, reception, OPD waiting areas and patient corridors

- Attender areas: attender lounges, waiting halls, washrooms and family facilities

What you will do

- Set and maintain hotel-standard cleanliness and upkeep across these areas

- Lead and train the housekeeping team for these areas

- Ensure fast, spotless room turnaround after every discharge

- Manage linen, amenities and supplies





- Work with nursing and front office to delight patients and families

- Follow infection control and biomedical waste norms (NABH)

- Run daily checklists, rounds and audits

What you bring

- Hotel Management degree or diploma (BHM/DHM)

- 7+ years in housekeeping, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role

- 4-star/5-star hotel or premium hospital experience

- Robust team leadership, grooming and communication in Hindi and English
