Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute end-to-end SEO strategies for 25+ international projects across various industries.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic.
- Manage SEO campaigns across different countries, languages, and regions.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and others to track performance.
- Work closely with developers and content teams to improve technical and content SEO.
- Monitor Google algorithm updates, search trends, and SEO best practices.
- Prepare SEO performance reports and track rankings, organic traffic, leads, and KPIs.
- Ensure all projects meet deadlines, quality standards, and performance targets.
- Stay updated on international SEO trends and localized content strategies.

Team Management & Leadership

- Lead, guide, and manage the SEO team to achieve project goals and targets.
- Assign tasks to team members, monitor daily progress, and ensure timely delivery.
- Review team performance, maintain work quality, and help team members improve their skills.
- Take ownership of team performance, client results, and project deadlines.
- Solve team-related challenges and ensure smooth coordination between SEO, content, and development teams.

Requirements





- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience in on-page and off-page SEO.
- Strong team management and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate team members.
- Proven experience managing at least 25 SEO projects simultaneously.
- Positive knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Proven ability to improve keyword rankings, organic traffic, and lead generation.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines, team performance, and multiple projects efficiently.
- Experience in local, national, and international SEO.
- Bonus: Experience in e-commerce SEO, local SEO, or multilingual SEO campaigns.
