We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented B2B Sales Executive to manage and expand our client portfolio. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle, ensuring seamless progression from initial lead generation and inquiry logging to quotation approval and final Purchase Order (PO) conversion. You will act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, combining sharp negotiation skills with meticulous CRM management to drive revenue growth.

Scope of Work (Key Responsibilities)

1. Pipeline & Lead Management

- Identify, prospect, and qualify new B2B leads within target industries.
- Systematically log all current customer inquiries and interactions into the company’s internal CRM and tracking sheets.
- Maintain and update a centralized customer database with accurate contact details, purchase history, and account status.

2. Quotation & Pricing Execution

- Analyze client requirements to generate accurate technical proposals and pricing calculations.




- Draft and issue formal quotations, ensuring all material specifications and pricing structures are correct.
- Manage the quotation override process, seeking necessary internal approvals for custom pricing or volume discounts before finalizing proposals.

3. Sales Conversion & Negotiation

- Follow up actively on issued quotations, overcoming objections and negotiating commercial terms.
- Successfully convert approved quotations into finalized Purchase Orders (POs).

4. Account Management & Reporting

- Act as the liaison between the client and internal operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Ensure high data integrity by accurately tracking every stage of the sales pipeline within the company's digital workflows.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
