About the Role
Alishan Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Junior HR Recruiter to support our recruitment activities and help us hire suitable candidates for different departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and department heads.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports.
- Handle multiple vacancies and support timely hiring.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 months–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, or other job portals.
- Good communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Basic MS Excel knowledge.
- Candidates with manufacturing recruitment experience will be preferred.
