**Job Description**
We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Environments & Obfuscation Specialist to manage non-production SuccessFactors environments and ensure data privacy and compliance.
The role bridges the gap between software updates and strict data compliance. The specialist will be responsible for the non-production SuccessFactors environment landscape used to develop and test changes. Key responsibilities include refreshing environments using SuccessFactors processes and performing personal data anonymization activities on the data within those environments.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage non-production SAP SuccessFactors environments used for development and testing.
- Perform environment refreshes and cloning using SuccessFactors processes.
- Execute data anonymization and obfuscation activities to protect personal data.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, data protection, and information security requirements.
- Manage application security, including roles and permissions.
- Support cloud ERP environments and related IT service management processes.
- Work with ServiceNow ITSM and Azure DevOps as applicable.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and leadership, providing explicit communication and effective presentations.
**Required Skills and Experience**
- Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors and non-production workplace management.
- Experience with environment refreshes, cloning, and data anonymization/obfuscation.
- Understanding of GDPR, data protection, information security, and application security.
- Knowledge of cloud ERP support and related tools such as ServiceNow ITSM and Azure DevOps.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate regularly with Product Owners and leadership.
**Preferred Experience**
- SAP SuccessFactors experience is highly beneficial.
- Candidates with strong, comparable experience in Workday or another similar enterprise HR product may also be considered.
