TBM Ecommerce Academy is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Academic Counsellor (Sales) to handle student enquiries, convert leads into admissions, achieve sales targets, and manage batch-related activities.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales, counselling, and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads and enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Counsel prospective students about courses, career opportunities, and training programs.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into admissions.
- Close sales and achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain lead records, follow-up status, and sales reports.
- Manage student admissions, fee collection follow-ups, and batch coordination.




- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure smooth batch onboarding and management.
- Build valuable relationships with students and ensure a positive admission experience.

Requirements

- 0–1 year of experience in sales, counselling, telecalling, or customer service.
- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage.
- Experience in EdTech or educational counselling will be an added advantage.
