- Handle end-to-end recruitment - Technician, Engineer, Sales, Draftsman, Office Staff, Factory Workers
- Source candidates from Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Groups, References, ITI Colleges
- Take screening, schedule interview with HOD, do salary negotiation
- Release Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, do joining formalities, induction
- Maintain recruitment tracker, close positions within 15-20 days
- Manage contractor hiring for factory workers
- Maintain daily attendance - office staff, factory workers, field technicians using Biometric / Excel.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
