About the role

We are looking for a Senior Programme Manager to own the delivery of our most important cross-functional programmes. You will turn leadership priorities into clear plans, keep multiple workstreams on track, and give the directors an honest, timely view of progress, risks and decisions needed.

Key responsibilities

- Plan and run multiple concurrent programmes end to end: scope, milestones, budgets, resourcing and dependencies
- Translate company strategy and director priorities into roadmaps and measurable outcomes
- Coordinate across product, engineering, operations, finance and external partners
- Set up programme governance: status reporting, steering meetings, RAID logs and decision tracking
- Identify risks early, escalate with options, and drive issues to resolution
- Manage vendor and partner relationships, including contracts and delivery reviews
- Build repeatable processes,



templates and tooling for programme delivery across the company
- Mentor project managers and coordinators as the team grows

Requirements

- 8–12 years in programme or project management, with at least 3 years running multi-team programmes
- Proven record of delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget
- Robust stakeholder management, including presenting to senior leadership and boards
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery, and tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project or similar
- Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable working remotely across time zones
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or PMP / PgMP certification preferred

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
