- Manage day-to-day retail store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, inventory, and billing teams.
- Monitor stock levels, inventory records, and product availability.

- Handle customer-related operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage purchase orders, stock transfers, inward and outward entries.
- Maintain daily sales reports, MIS, and operational records.
