We are hiring marketing team leader who will be reponsible for manages daily campaign execution, guides marketing staff, and aligns team output with company goals
Key responsibilities are
- Lead, mentor, and train marketing professionals to maintain high performance and meet deadlines.
- Campaign Execution: Supervise projects, track KPIs, and ensure brand consistency.
- Budget Control: Manage and allocate approved marketing budgets effectively.
- Cross-Functional Work: Coordinate closely with sales, product, and human resources departments.
- Performance Tracking: Review employee performance and report campaign progress to upper management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
