Job Title: Finance Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Officer to manage the company's day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should have positive knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and financial record management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounting documents.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense reports.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain daily financial statements.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle bank reconciliations and maintain banking records.
- Monitor company expenses and ensure proper cost control.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and other financial institutions.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and accounting standards.




- Maintain confidentiality of all financial information.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting preferred.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 2–3 years preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
