Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven HR Executive to manage our recruitment process and help us build a strong team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes across departments. Not more than 1 year of experience and immediate joinee preferred

Responsibilities:

- Post job openings on various platforms and job boards
- Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define job roles and requirements
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field




- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment in-house
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize tasks
