We are looking for an enthusiastic Admission Advisor to guide students and parents in choosing suitable courses and convert enquiries into admissions. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude and a consistent approach to follow-up.
Key responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp and walk-in counselling.
- Understand students’ interests, qualifications and career goals to recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course content, duration, fees, certifications, training and placement assistance accurately.
- Follow up with enquiries regularly and address students’ and parents’ concerns.
- Achieve monthly admission targets set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, remarks, candidate status and next follow-up dates.
- Invite interested students and parents for academy visits and counselling sessions.
- Assist students with applications, admission documents and fee payment coordination.
- Coordinate with academic and placement teams to provide reliable information.
- Submit daily activity reports and highlight promising leads, pending decisions and reasons for lost admissions.
- Support admission campaigns, seminars and promotional events.
- Maintain confidentiality of student information and communicate professionally.
Qualifications and experience
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in admissions, education counselling, telecalling, sales or customer service.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may apply.
- Fluency in Malayalam and working knowledge of English.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, email and lead management systems.

Salary and incentives: Based on experience and skills, with performance incentives as per academy policy.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
