- Edit short-form videos (Reels, teasers, event highlights) from raw footage, interviews, and event coverage
- Add captions, music, transitions, and branded graphics to videos
- Turn magazine articles and photography into simple social-ready formats such as reels, carousels, and stories
- Help brainstorm content ideas and video concepts with the editorial and design teams
Social Media Support
- Help plan and schedule posts for Instagram and LinkedIn using a content calendar
- Draft captions and LinkedIn posts for review by the team
- Respond to comments and DMs, and help build community engagement
- Keep an eye on sports news and trends that could inspire timely content
Analytics & Coordination
- Track basic metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and share a weekly summary
- Coordinate with the editorial and design teams so posts align with print and digital releases
- Stay updated on Instagram and LinkedIn trends and formats
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a graduate/undergraduate degree (any stream)
- Genuine interest in sports and sports journalism
- Basic video editing skills with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels and LinkedIn best practices
- Basic design skills in Canva or similar tools
- Positive written communication and an eye for visual storytelling
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
