Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to international travel services.
- Assist customers with travel-related information and concerns.
- Provide professional and effective customer support over calls.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proper query resolution.
- Maintain service quality and follow process guidelines.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Robust customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
- Attractive salary package up to ₹32,000 in-hand.
