Maa Saraswati Jewellers is looking for a confident, trustworthy, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail jewellery store in Sriharipuram, Visakhapatnam.
We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, has good communication skills, and can contribute to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting gold, silver, and other jewellery products.
- Explain product details, pricing, purity, and available designs.
- Build solid customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and confidently.
- Maintain jewellery displays, stock organization, and store presentation.
- Support daily sales operations, billing, and inventory management.
- Work towards improving store sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, responsible,
and professional attitude.
- Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products.
- Previous retail or jewellery sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
- Language Skills (Mandatory): Must be able to communicate confidently with customers in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
