We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team at Plant 2 Tree Website Development & Digital Marketing Agency. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our digital services, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses.
- Explain website development, digital marketing, SEO, and other services.
- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain customer details and call records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Tamil.




- Basic English communication skills preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident speaking skills and a positive attitude.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience is an advantage.
