Reliant Group of Institutions is looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Faculty member to deliver professional training programmes in Supply Chain Management, specifically focusing on ASCM (Association for Supply Chain Management) and CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) certifications.

The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, relevant industry experience, and the ability to deliver effective training to students and working professionals preparing for international professional certifications.

Key Responsibilities

- * Deliver training sessions for CIPS & ASCM certification programmes
- * Conduct training sessions for CIPS qualifications across relevant levels.
- * Prepare presentations, study materials and examination-oriented resources.
- * Explain concepts related to supply chain management, procurement, logistics, inventory management and operations.
- * Develop assignments, practice questions, mock tests and assessments.
- * Prepare students for professional certification examinations.
- * Monitor student progress, evaluate performance and provide academic guidance.
- * Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and additional academic support classes.
- * Incorporate industry case studies and practical examples into training sessions.
- * Keep academic content updated in line with the latest ASCM and CIPS syllabus requirements.

Educational Qualifications

- * Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Operations Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.




- * ASCM/APICS professional certifications such as CPIM, CSCP or CLTD will be preferred.
- * CIPS qualifications (Level 4, Level 5 or Level 6) will be an added advantage.
- Experience Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant industry or teaching experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Procurement.
- Prior experience in delivering professional certification training will be highly preferred.
- Candidates with strong industry experience and the ability to transition into academic training are also encouraged to apply.
