A Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, taking and serving food and drink orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a skilled attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about ingredients, specials, or dietary options).
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Prepare checks, take payments, and return change or process card transactions.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service during busy hours.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
