Job Description: Production Supervisor – Assembly

Qualification: ITI - Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics
Experience: Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate with a Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics background to join our production team as a Production Supervisor for DC Coil Actuator Assembly.

The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, develop product knowledge understand each assembly station and supervise production activities to achieve daily targets while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and guide production team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Learn and understand the product assembly process and operations at each workstation.
- Monitor production activities and adjust work schedules as required to meet deadlines.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with specifications, work instructions, and assembly SOPs.
- Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce production losses.
- Maintain production records, station-wise documentation, and other required paperwork.




- Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams, engineer to resolve production-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and production procedures.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a relevant technical trade is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of electrical components, wiring, hand tools, and assembly processes.
- Ability to understand technical instructions, drawings, and assembly SOPs.
- Valuable attention to detail and basic knowledge of quality standards.
- Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and lead a production team.
- Good communication teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Working Hours

Rotational 12-hour shifts:

- Day Shift: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Night Shift: 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
