About the Role

Subko is looking for a Cacao Commis to join its Cacao team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in chocolate production, including tempering, moulding, and finishing, along with a good understanding of recipe specifications, quality control, and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out chocolate tempering, moulding, and finishing as per production requirements.
- Prepare and execute recipes while following prescribed specifications and processes.
- Independently manage assigned production batches and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain consistency in product quality, texture, finish, and presentation.
- Follow quality control procedures and food safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the production area, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and care of ingredients and finished products.
- Coordinate with the team to meet daily production requirements.

Requirements





- Hands-on knowledge of chocolate tempering, moulding, and finishing techniques.
- A strong understanding of recipe specifications and quality control.
- Ability to independently handle assigned production batches.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Attention to detail and a consistent approach to product quality.
- Ability to work in a production workplace and coordinate effectively with the team.

Candidates with prior experience in chocolate production, confectionery, or a similar role will be preferred.
