Civil Site Engineer – Residential & Commercial Projects

We are hiring a skilled Civil Site Engineer with 3–7+ years of experience in residential and commercial construction projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of site execution, construction activities, quality control, measurements, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, structural consultants, vendors and labourers.
- Read and understand structural and civil drawings.
- Supervise excavation, masonry, plastering, concrete, flooring and other civil works.
- Check dimensions, levels, measurements and workmanship.
- Monitor labour productivity and allocate daily work.
- Check material availability and coordinate with vendors.
- Ensure civil works are carried out as per drawings and specifications.
- Monitor quality and progress of construction activities.
- Prepare daily site reports and update project status.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with engineers for solutions.
- Ensure proper site safety and housekeeping.

Requirements





- Qualification: B.E. Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 3–7+ years in civil construction and site execution.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, measurements, and materials.
- Tamil-speaking candidates preferred.
- Ability to manage labour, subcontractors, and site activities.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.
- Willing to work at different site locations across Chennai.

Salary & Advantages

- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
