Content Creation & Video Production*

- Plan, shoot, and create engaging videos, reels, and promotional content.

- Capture preschool activities, daycare events, celebrations, and classroom moments.

- Edit videos and create attractive graphics, posters, and promotional creatives.

- Develop creative content for Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.

*2. Social Media Management*

- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Instagram and Facebook.

- Plan and execute monthly content calendars.

- Regularly publish reels, posts, stories, and promotional updates.

- Handle social media engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions.

- Increase followers, reach, engagement, and overall online visibility.

*3. Digital Marketing & Paid Advertising*

- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns.

- Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).

- Generate quality leads and inquiries for preschool admissions and daycare enrolments.

- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and conversions.

- Analyze marketing results and prepare performance reports.

*4. Brand Promotion & Marketing*





- Develop creative marketing strategies to promote preschool and daycare services.

- Work on admission campaigns, seasonal promotions, and event promotions.

- Identify opportunities to increase local brand awareness and generate admissions.

- Explore current digital marketing trends and strategies to improve online presence.

### Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in content creation and digital marketing.

- Good knowledge of Instagram and Facebook management.

- Video shooting and editing skills.

- Knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.

- Practical experience in Meta Ads and paid campaign management.

- Understanding of social media growth, lead generation, and digital marketing strategies.

- Creative thinking, communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

### Preferred Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in Content Creation, Social Media Management, or Digital Marketing.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
