We are looking for a skilled Senior Project Engineer to support the technical execution of interior projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in interior fit-outs, working drawings, cutting lists, and site coordination, along with a good understanding of current interior materials and finishes.

Key Responsibilities

- Read, review, and interpret interior design drawings, working drawings, and technical specifications.

- Coordinate and verify working drawings for accurate site execution.

- Prepare, check, and coordinate cutting lists, material quantities, and site measurements.

- Supervise interior fit-out activities, including carpentry, partitions, ceilings, flooring, and finishing works.

- Coordinate with designers, project managers, site supervisors, contractors, vendors, and installation teams.

- Ensure site work follows approved drawings, design intent, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

- Take site measurements and verify dimensions before fabrication, cutting, and installation.

- Identify site discrepancies and coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve them.

- Maintain knowledge of the latest materials, finishes, hardware, fittings, and technologies used in the interior industry.

- Suggest suitable materials and technical solutions based on project requirements.





- Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other contractors to ensure smooth integration with interior works.

- Monitor workmanship, material usage, and site progress; report updates and issues to the Project Manager.

- Assist with material planning, quantity checks, and reducing wastage during execution.

- Support snagging, finishing inspections, rectification, and project handover.

- Ensure site teams follow safety practices and maintain an organised work workplace.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in the interior designing or interior fit-out industry.

- Strong knowledge of working drawings, fit-out execution, and cutting lists.

- Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, hardware, and current industry trends.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

- Experience in site measurements, contractor coordination, and project execution.

- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

- Knowledge of relevant design and drafting software will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
