Duration: 3 to 6 Months
Stipend: ₹8,000 to ₹15,000/month

This opportunity is for an enrolled Advocate who wants to build a focused IPR practice, with direct exposure IP Prosecution work.

Role Overview

We are inviting applications from Advocates with practical experience at the Delhi High Court who wish to practise in IPR. You will work on both litigation and IP prosecution matters under the supervision of the firm's principal.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting in IP litigation before the Delhi High Court (IPD) and other forums, including appearances, mentioning, and filing of pleadings.
- Filing and Prosecution of IP matter with IPO.
- Preparing, chronologies, and legal research on trademark,



patent, copyright, and design law.
- Handling trademark and patent hearings before the Registrar/Controller .
- Managing case files, deadlines, and client updates.
- Supporting prosecution work: examination reports, oppositions, replies, and portfolio management.

Eligibility Criteria

- Enrolled Advocate, Candidate who passed Law school, Final Year Law students.
- Prior practice or internship experience at the Delhi High Court
- Sound drafting and research skills; interest in IPR is essential
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and willingness to learn
- Professional attitude with respect for confidentiality and ethics
- Ability to work full-time from the office (Monday to Saturday)

Working Hours

- Monday to Saturday
- 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- This is a strictly on-site role
