Job Overview

Dr. Expert Edulinks is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Academic Counsellors to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, with a passion for guiding students towards overseas education opportunities, particularly MBBS programmers abroad.

The primary responsibility of this role is to counsel prospective students and parents, generate admissions, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding overseas MBBS and other educational opportunities.
- Explain university options, course details, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and admission procedures.
- Handle incoming enquiries and contact prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable universities and countries.
- Achieve assigned monthly admission and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead details, follow-up records, and sales updates in the company's CRM system.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents to improve conversion rates and generate referrals.
- Stay updated on university information, admission requirements, and available programmes.




- Coordinate with the admission processing team for a smooth handover of converted students.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities as required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work towards targets and achieve sales objectives.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Good organisational skills and a professional attitude.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam.
- Experience in sales, academic counselling, or educational consultancy is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills are welcome to apply.
