About the opportunity

TinyPal is looking to partner with experienced early literacy educators who can make the foundations of reading and language engaging for young children through playful, interactive online sessions.

What you’ll do

- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate online sessions introducing phonics, letter-sound relationships, early reading and pre-literacy skills.
- Design a structured, progressive programme that builds skills across multiple sessions.
- Use games, stories, songs, visual aids and interactive activities to keep young children involved.
- Adapt sessions to different developmental levels, learning paces and attention spans.
- Share simple practice activities that parents can use between sessions.
- Provide a clear list of materials parents will need to arrange before the programme begins.

What we’re looking for

- Established experience delivering phonics, early literacy or foundational reading programmes to children under 6.
- A proven approach to engaging young children in online learning.
- Experience designing or delivering structured, multi-session programmes.
- Solid understanding of early childhood language and literacy development.
- The ability to communicate clearly with parents about children's progress and practice activities.

- A complete list of materials parents would need to arrange for the sessions, including books, worksheets, stationery, manipulatives, digital resources or any other requirements. Please distinguish essential items from optional ones.
- Details of any prerequisite materials you will provide for the lessons, such as workbooks, worksheets, learning resources or digital materials. Clearly distinguish these from items parents must arrange or purchase, and mention any associated costs.
- Your availability, session pricing and any sample lesson plans or programme outlines you can share.

NB: TinyPal is interested in partnering with providers who already have an established, tested offering and can deliver it consistently across multiple children and families. Please share your existing programme wherever possible, rather than proposing only a general outline of what you could teach.

Please also indicate whether you can offer a short introductory or demonstration session, and whether you are open to a pilot engagement before expanding the programme.

Pay: From ₹2,000.00 per hour
