We're Hiring: AR Caller - US Healthcare RCM
Location: Kolkata
Shift: US Night Shift
Experience: 6 months – 2 years
Salary: Upto 30k inhand
Key Responsibilities:
* Follow up with US insurance companies regarding unpaid and denied claims.
* Handle claim denials, appeals, and resubmissions.
* Resolve outstanding accounts and support timely collections.
* Maintain accurate claim records and follow-up documentation.
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience as an AR Caller in US Healthcare RCM.
* Experience of medical billing/ denial management or insurance follow-ups is a must
* Good English communication skills.
* Willingness to work US night shifts.
