We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, driving website traffic, increasing online sales, and improving return on advertising spend (ROAS) for our nutraceutical and wellness products.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
- Develop strategies to increase website conversions, sales, and qualified leads.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, budgets, bids, and audience targeting.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing of ad creatives and copy.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, videos, and copy.
- Track campaign performance using Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and relevant analytics tools.
- Analyze key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion rate.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports.




- Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and reduce customer acquisition costs.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to improve website conversions and sales performance.
- Ensure advertisements comply with Meta advertising policies and applicable regulations for health and wellness products.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Solid understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising.
- Knowledge of campaign objectives, audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and tracking tools.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
