We are looking for a CRM or Pre sales Executive to be the first point of contact for our real estate leads. You will call and qualify prospects, arrange and follow up on site visits for the sales team, and keep the CRM and daily reports accurate. Your work will directly help us improve lead quality and site visit conversions. Lead Calling •
Call fresh leads from digital campaigns, property portals, walk-ins, channel partners and referrals within the set response time. •
Handle inbound enquiries and explain the project’s configurations, pricing range, location advantages, amenities and possession timeline. •
Re-engage cold, old and unresponsive leads through regular calls, WhatsApp and email. • Share brochures, floor plans and project details with interested prospects. Lead

Key Responsibility -

Understand each prospect’s requirement, budget, preferred location, purchase timeline and buying purpose (self-use or investment). •
Check financial readiness and the home loan requirement where relevant. •
Rate leads as hot, warm or cold, and pass only genuine prospects to the sales team.



• Record the reasons for rejected or lost leads, to help improve campaign quality. Site Visit Coordination •
Schedule site visits and office meetings that suit both the prospect and the sales team.• Confirm each visit by call and WhatsApp a day before and on the day. •
Give prospects the venue address, location link and the contact person’s details. •
Brief the sales executive on the prospect’s requirement before the visit. •
Follow up after each visit to collect feedback and record the next step. •
Reschedule missed visits and bring back no-shows. CRM and Reporting •
Update every call, follow-up and status change in the CRM on the same day. •
Keep the lead database accurate and free of duplicates. •
Prepare daily and weekly reports covering calls made, leads qualified, site visits scheduled and completed, and pending follow-ups. •
Share lead source and quality feedback with the marketing team. Requirements •

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
