We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused IT Product Advisor to support clients and internal teams by providing expert guidance on IT products and solutions. The ideal candidate will understand technology products, assess customer needs, and recommend solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise customers on IT products, software, and solutions based on their needs
- Explain product features, benefits, and technical specifications clearly
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate IT solutions
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and support teams
- Stay up to date with current IT products and industry trends
- Provide product demonstrations and basic training when required
- Maintain accurate product and customer documentation
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT, technical sales,
or product advisory roles
- Strong understanding of IT systems, software, and hardware
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into simple terms
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
