We are looking for an enthusiastic and technically skilled ITI Fitter (Fresher) to join our Mechanical Assembly Team. The candidate should have good practical knowledge of mechanical fitting, machine assembly, and basic Special Purpose Machine (SPM) automation systems.
Candidates with hands-on training or project experience in SPM assembly and industrial automation will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the mechanical assembly of Special Purpose Machines (SPM) and industrial automation equipment.
- Assemble mechanical components, fixtures, jigs, conveyors, and automation systems.
- Perform fitting, drilling, tapping, grinding, alignment, and fastening operations.
- Read and understand basic mechanical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Install and align pneumatic cylinders, linear guides, bearings, and mechanical components.
- Support machine testing, troubleshooting,
and commissioning activities.
- Ensure proper assembly quality, accuracy, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with design engineers and senior assembly technicians.
Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of mechanical fitting and assembly techniques.
- Basic understanding of SPM machines and industrial automation.
- Familiarity with mechanical tools and measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometers.
- Basic knowledge of pneumatic systems and machine components.
- Ability to understand mechanical drawings.
- Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
