Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer / Technician with experience in industrial machine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and breakdown troubleshooting. Candidates with experience in injection moulding machines and tool room equipment will be preferred.

The selected candidate will help maintain machinery, minimize equipment downtime, and support smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection moulding machines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical faults.
- Carry out maintenance and repairs of CNC, VMC, EDM, Wire Cut, and conventional tool room machines, as applicable.
- Conduct routine machine inspections and servicing.
- Identify equipment faults and implement corrective measures to minimize downtime.
- Maintain breakdown reports, maintenance logs, and service records.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth machine operations.




- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintenance standards.

Required Skills and Experience

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in industrial machine maintenance.
- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance procedures.
- Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with CNC, VMC, EDM, and Wire Cut machines.
- Experience in injection moulding or tool room operations is preferred.
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
