Our Home Loan Specialists are stationed at premium developer projects and work closely with property buyers and the developer's sales team to deliver seamless home loan solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Meet customers referred by the developer's Sales team.

* Assess loan eligibility and understand funding requirements.

* Recommend the best-fit bank from our 15+ banking partners.

* Guide customers through documentation, login, sanction, and disbursement.

* Coordinate with banks, developer CRM, Sales, Sourcing & Closing teams.

* Ensure timely follow-ups and deliver an excellent customer experience.

* Cross-sell Loan Secure Protection Insurance (LSPI) after loan disbursement.

Working Time: 10 am - 6.30 pm (Sunday Working, 1 day off in week)
