Overall Business Management: Oversee all company operations, departments, and business activities to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Real Estate Project Management: Supervise property development, land acquisition, project execution, and timely completion of projects.
Financial Management: Monitor budgets, revenue, expenses, profitability, and financial planning to achieve business targets.
Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate with department heads, employees and external stakeholders to ensure accountability and performance.
Business Development: Identify recent investment opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, negotiate major deals, and expand the company's real estate portfolio.
Strategic Planning and Compliance: Implement business strategies, monitor overall performance, ensure compliance with applicable real estate regulations, and report progress and results to the Managing Director/CEO.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
