Role: Back Office Customer Support Executive

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer requests through email, chat, tickets, and internal systems

- Process orders, payments, refunds, account-related requests, and service issues

- Verify customer and transaction details

- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

- Maintain accurate records and update customer information

- Follow company policies and data-protection procedures

Skills Required:

- Good English communication skills

- Basic computer knowledge

- Good typing skills

*Salary:*

- Freshers: ₹29,000 CTC/month

- Experienced: Up to ₹38,000 CTC/month, as per experience and documents
