ABOUT THE ROLE:

We're seeking a talented legal associate to support our Marketing department with the Indian MNC Heavy Electrical Equipment Manufacturing Company for Malanpur(Bhind). In this role, you'll provide support to the team, making LC, and legal operations. We're seeking someone with outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative setting.

This Position is Off Role (Third Party). Payroll Company - Adecco India Pvt. Ltd.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist with forming and maintaining entities, particularly international subsidiary and regulatory filings.
- Manage record keeping and file management.
- Track filings and compliance deadlines.
- Work cross-functionally to develop and implement processes to streamline legal operations, integrate technology tools, and drive overall efficiencies.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree required in Law.
