About the Role We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Plantation Work Supervisor to oversee and actively participate in the daily operations of our Rubber Estate (with secondary crops including Coconut and Pepper) in Pechiparai. If you have a strong background in rubber cultivation, field staff management, and practical plantation upkeep, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Field Supervision: Oversee and actively participate in daily field activities to maintain high work efficiency and standards.

Team Leadership: Plan daily tasks, guide field labor, and monitor on-groundwork execution. Basic

Accounting & Reporting: Maintain day-to-day accounts, track estate expenses, and provide weekly status updates to the owner (progress, expenses, issues, and resource requirements).

Crop Care & Input Management: Monitor and apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other agricultural inputs responsibly to ensure tree health, optimum yields,



and sustainable practices.

Continuous Improvement: Apply best practices in practical rubber cultivation and general estate management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in rubber plantation work and field supervision.

Skills: Solid leadership abilities, practical knowledge of rubber tapping/cultivation, and basic bookkeeping skills. Work Ethic: Reliable, hands-on, and capable of leading field operations directly.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
