*Role Overview*

We are looking for a senior Collection Head to manage overall credit collection and recovery operations for Mxon Pvt Ltd in Hosur.

Key Highlights

Lead internal recovery teams & agency operations.

Formulate recovery strategies to reduce delinquent accounts.

Monitor portfolio health and drive team KPIs.

Requirements: 5+ years experience | Strong negotiation & leadership skills | Fluency in Tamil & English.
