Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the overall HR operations of the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HR processes, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance and employee lifecycle management
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures and company guidelines in line with labor laws
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
- Ensure statutory compliance related to labor laws, PF, ESI and other applicable regulations




- Oversee performance management systems and support management in appraisal processes
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work culture
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity
- Maintain accurate HR records, MIS reports and documentation
- Act as a bridge between management and employees for effective communication

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 4 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role
- Solid knowledge of HR policies, labor laws and statutory compliance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in HR documentation, reporting and MS Office tools
