Lubi Electronics is hiring a highly experienced and leadership-driven Accounts Manager based at Nana Chiloda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We are seeking seasoned finance professionals with 10+ years of comprehensive experience across Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Statutory Compliance, MIS Reporting, and Team Leadership.

This opportunity is strictly suited for CA Inter or CA-qualified candidates who possess strong command over SAP ERP and carry a proven background in driving end-to-end finance operations, collections, and working capital optimization.

Eligibility & Education Criteria

- Mandatory: B.Com / M.Com with CA Inter or CA qualification.
- Note: Candidates holding only B.Com/M.Com without CA Inter/CA qualification will not be considered. Qualified Chartered Accountants (CA) will be given preference.
- Experience: 10+ years of relevant hands-on experience in Accounts & Finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable & Credit Control:

- Direct end-to-end Accounts Receivable cycles, collections, and cash realization workflows.
- Analyze debtor ageing profiles, manage credit limits, and execute structured follow-ups to minimize DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
- Lead customer account reconciliations, clear payment disputes, and partner with sales teams to resolve commercial discrepancies.
- Drive stringent credit control mechanisms to optimize working capital turnover and operational cash flow.

Accounting & Finance Operations:

- Oversee general accounting, financial ledgers, bank reconciliations, and journal entries with strict accuracy.
- Lead monthly, quarterly,



and annual financial book closings in full adherence to statutory accounting standards and internal SOPs.
- Ensure the integrity of the General Ledger (GL) and maintain balance sheet schedules.

Financial Reporting & MIS:

- Prepare actionable monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS dashboards and financial performance packages.
- Formulate cash flow projections, receivable variance trackers, and working capital reports for senior management reviews.
- Provide sharp financial analytics to assist executive leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.

Statutory Compliance & Audit Governance:

- Ensure end-to-end compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax regulations, and other statutory enactments.
- Facilitate timely preparation, verification, and filing of statutory tax returns.
- Direct and coordinate internal, statutory, tax, and transfer pricing audits with complete documentation packs.

Team Leadership & Continuous Improvement:

- Supervise, train, and mentor the accounting and finance team.
- Design and strengthen internal financial controls, approval matrices, and accounting SOPs.
- Drive automation and workflow efficiencies using SAP ERP features.

Key Skills Required

- SAP ERP: Mandatory hands-on expertise in SAP FICO / relevant finance modules, along with advanced MS Excel capabilities.
- Credit Control: In-depth proficiency in Accounts Receivable governance, recovery methods, and customer ledger management.
- Finalization: Robust understanding of balance sheet finalization, Indian Accounting Standards, and tax provisions.
- Compliance: Practical knowledge of GST returns, e-invoicing, TDS assessments, and audit liaison.
